E Building is India's complete society management ecosystem — software that runs your building, staff who serve it, and services your residents need. We started with a simple observation: residential societies in India were still being run on WhatsApp groups, paper registers, and Excel sheets. We believed they deserved better.
The idea for E Building came from a place of genuine frustration. Our founders had lived in gated communities where the committee treasurer kept books in a personal Excel file, security guards had paper registers that got wet in the monsoon, and residents had to physically visit the office to pay maintenance — if the cashier was even available.
The friction was everywhere. Delivery agents waited at gates while residents fumbled to call security. Committee WhatsApp groups had 400 members but only 12 active. AGM minutes circulated two months later, if at all. Maintenance defaulters went unchecked until year-end.
We knew software could fix this. Not foreign software bolted onto an Indian context — but software built ground-up for how Indian societies actually work. With eight Indian languages, the specific authority structure of RWAs and AOAs, and the financial reporting formats Indian auditors expect.
We launched E Building's society management software in 2025. Today we run 100+ societies across 10+ Indian cities, and we're just getting started.
